I REDSKINS hanno marchiato a fuoco gli anni Ottanta militanti, soulcialisti, camminato come i Clash, cantato come le Supremes, lasciando poche tracce ma tuttora indelebili.

Questo box di 4 CD (libretto, foto etc) raccoglie tutto e di più della band di Chris Dean: l'unico album "Neither Washington Nor Moscow", i singoli, le varie versioni extended, estratti live con partecipazioni eccellenti (Billy Bragg e Jerry Dammers), grandi cover come "Skinhead moonstomp", "Tracks of my tears" o "Back in the Ussr", le Peel Sessions, i primi demo punk ancora con il nome di No Swastikas.

Punk, soul, impegno politico, passione, energia, sincera ingenuità/ingenua sincerità, un raggio di sole in mezzo al buio Tatcheriano.
Che poi vincerà e darà il via a un'epoca oscura che ancora dura, perdura e annienta diritti e speranze di giustizia sociale.
